So I'm sure we've all heard of constructive criticism. But in Tucson, Arizona, an elementary school teacher is going with a newly developed method of constructive insults. As a teacher, one will hear every kind of excuse in the world to why that pupil did not turn in the assigned material, anywhere from the dog getting hungry to a fire burning down the entire house with the homework along with it. So to award a certain student in an Arizona elementary school, this teacher awarded 8 year-old Cassandra Garcia the Catastrophe Award, for most excuses for not having homework.
